Built for the crowd, not for a client
We Out Here is four days across 28 areas, and the programme runs to 757 sets. Working out who is on where, and when, is the whole game — and in a field the network is not something to rely on.
So I built a schedule app that keeps the whole programme on the phone. Nobody asked for it and nobody paid for it. It was not commissioned by We Out Here and carried no official affiliation for the 2026 edition. I gave it to the crew to pass round, and that is how it spread: hand to hand, with no ads, no promotion and nothing spent on marketing.
The 757-set count comes from the app's own data on 19 August 2026, the day before the gates opened.
